The property is situated between the two towns of La Font d'en Carros and Oliva, either being less than a 5 minute drive. La Font being a good size, not too large, friendly typically Spanish town with a great choice of small Spanish bar / restaurants, great schools and sports area with swimming pools, plus all the normal amenities. Oliva is a much larger town to lose yourself in with many more high street shops, large supermarkets, popular weekly street market, banks, nursery, primary and secondary schools and of course a great choice of Bars and Restaurants.

There are numerous blue flag sandy beaches within a 10 - 15 minute drive to choose from.
