The main market town of Gandia providing all major facilities is a stunning 25 min drive through the vast orange groves and boasts a blue flag Award Winning Beach resort with Club Nautico and Marina. Gandia playa is now very cosmopolitan and is the No. 1 resort for Spanish tourism. Here you can find an endless choice of excellent bars / restaurants, night-clubs, local shops, medieval markets along the beach front etc. Many families from the inland towns such as Madrid, Xativa own a second / holiday home here and flock to the coast in the summer months to escape the heat of the interior. The beaches here are very quiet and tranquil throughout most the year, fantastic for long walks along the waters edge in the winter sunshine, horse riding, water sports, scuba diving, swimming year round etc.

The finca was originally a Rio Rau and is over 200 years old. It offers exceptionally spacious and light living accommodation of 220m2 with a well thought out and conveniently planned lay out. The finca is nestling quietly and privately within own surrounding grounds of 3500m2 with kidney shaped swimming pool and peaceful country side views beyond the town. Completely restored / reformed 8 years ago with quality materials all oozing with rustic style and character. Having many pre planned aspects the property is not spoiled by unsightly modern day conveniences. The double garage was placed at the entrance to the grounds and away from the finca maintaining its old worldly charm.
