The area is exceptionally quiet and there is plenty of street parking. Local amenities are nearby and include small shops and some very popular bar / restaurants open year round. The Oliva Nova Golf Complex with 18 hole course and driving range designed by Seve Ballesteros with virgin sand dune beach setting is a ten minute drive from the villa. Here there is a popular restaurant with swimming pool and club house over looking the course which is open to the general public.
