amenities are provided. The larger town of Gandia is approx. 7 minute
picturesque drive through the orange groves. This cosmopolitan city
provides all amenities including many shops, hypermarkets, shopping
centres, weekly market, doctors, general hospital (new hospital
currently under construction), schools, colleges and university.
Gandia is also rich with culture and history having many interesting
attractions and palaces to visit. It also boasts a superb award
winning sandy beach resort with Club Nautico and Marina which is the
No. 1 resort for Spanish tourism. The busy port of Gandia is just a
mile from the city and it's a delight to watch the colourful fishing
boats coming in with the fresh catch of the day which can be sampled
at one of the many fine restaurants along the sea front.

10 mins drive to superb sandy beaches of Xeraco, Gandia, Daimus,
Bellreguard, Miramar, Piles, Oliva, Oliva Nova.
Golf Approx.
twenty min drive from the villa is the Oliva Nova Hotel and Golf
complex which boasts indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a health
spa. The 18 hole golf course and driving range were designed by
Seve Ballesteros, there are also tennis and paddle courts. Having a
beach front location with protected virgin sand dunes and popular
restaurants within the club house and hotel, there is also a small
