This is a superbly reformed traditional village house offering sunny and spacious accommodation which is very centrally located within the sleepy village of Piles, this is such an unfortunate name for such a lovely small and friendly village!!!  Situated between the two main towns of Gandia and Oliva, Piles is a small town which provides all local amenities including numerous shops, bar / restaurants, banks, schools, sports facilities, doctors, weekly street market selling local produce etc. all of which are within moments stroll of the property.
The Playa of Piles is just a mile from the town and is a resort in itself, it offers a superb peaceful sandy beach which comes alive in the summer months with Spanish tourists who have holiday homes here. The beach is very quiet and tranquil throughout the remaining months of the year fantastic for long walks along the waters edge in the winter sunshine, water sports, horse riding and generally relaxing. For all other amenities which can not be found in the village, the larger towns of Oliva and Gandia are both a few minutes drive and provide all facilities including Club Nauticos and Marinas and fantastic beaches. The beach of Gandia is very cosmopolitan and attracts the Spanish tourism and the beach of Oliva is much more peaceful and un spoilt with protected sand dunes. 
The Oliva Nova Golf Complex boasts an 18 hole course and driving range designed by Seve Ballesteros, and is a ten minute drive from the village also boasting a beautiful virgin sand dune beach setting plus the club house overlooks the course and is open to the general public.
