Fondly known as "La Casita de l'Amor" and very well named. This lovely Valencian casita / finca is nestled on the hillside above the town of Villalonga just over a five minute drive out of the town on a good road. Boasting a privileged position within the heart of a vast National Park area which houses the magnificent Safor mountain range this is now declared a protected area and no further building will be allowed here. The whole area is purely idyllic and offers breath taking country side with terrain superb for outdoor activities such as walking, horse riding, mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing etc. Or just to escape from the towns and maddening crowd into the virgin country side with a picnic is a pure delight and makes a very refreshing change from sandy beaches.

Behind and above the property is a part surfaced road / part single track which goes to L'Orcha a small traditional Spanish village almost lost in time and this is a popular route for mountain bikers. Below is the old railway line from La Reprimala / Villalonga and this travels through the valley to the same town and this is now a popular retreat for walkers etc. Approx. 11 kms long, the line goes through many tunnels carved out of the mountain side and runs along the side of the quickly flowing river Serpis. The river flows over numerous weirs and torrents through rocky gorges, carving its way through virgin lush green country side from which rise the Safor mountain peaks above. The whole area is a haven for wildlife and along the route are numerous fresh mountain water drinking fountains now clearly marked.
