This is a really lovely traditional style village house which boasts a quiet and convenient location towards the edge of the busy small town of Castelo de Rugat, yet being just a couple of minutes flat walk to the town centre with many amenities. Within the town you can find lots of small shops of all varieties, supermarkets, weekly street market, doctors, health clinic, schools, sports complex, banks, bars, restaurants plus a very popular Irish bar with restaurant serving excellent food etc. Castelo de Rugat is approx. 26 kms / 30 min drive inland from the main town of Gandia passing through stunning country side overflowing with olive and orange groves.
