sunny beach apartment just a few minutes stroll to the beautiful wide
sandy dune beach of Oliva with shallow waters safe for children and

beach are owned by locals as summer homes or by families from the
inland towns who come to the beach to escape the heat experienced in
the interior.

amenities nearby including bakers, chemist, small supermarkets, bars /
restaurants etc. and the busy market town of Oliva is a short 2 min
drive and provides all major facilities. In the new town of Oliva one
can find shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, schools,
health clinic, sports complex, weekly market selling locally grown
produce etc.
The Oliva Nova Golf
Complex with 18 hole course and driving range designed by Seve
Ballesteros is a few minutes drive and boasts a beautiful virgin sand
dune beach setting. The club house overlooks the course and is open to
the general public, plus there is a popular restaurant with swimming
pool and luxury health spa.
The apartment boasts
a prime location set back a little from the seafront, the beaches here
don't become overcrowded in the summer months as there is a 22 km
